# [[Sister Olivenka Alastroi]] A wild, almost bestial, druid and possibly a former acolyte of the [[Morninglord (Temple)|Morninglord]], [[Sister Olivenka Alastroi|Sister Olivenka]] is among the [[People of the Woods]]. She has been born in [[Barovia (the Land of)|Barovia]] many times and remembers a time of love and warmth. Although no more than 35 years old, her emaciated body gives her the appearance of someone much older and more frail. She appears to years, if not decades, outside civilization, taking in others' scent on all fours before approaching them upright. Of the teeth she has remaining, many are crooked. The gang met her in [[002_20260513 Session 2|Session 2]] when she approached the [[002_20260513 Session 2#Scene 2 Vistani Camp|Vistani campsite]] and almost initiated combat with an entourage of twig blights. The conversation began with her testifying to her desperation to be noticed by [[Strahd von Zarovich|Strahd]], calling him "our dark Messiah" and "the dark Lord." We convinced her to keep our presence a secret so that we could deliver ourselves to [[Strahd von Zarovich|Strahd]] as a surprise. In [[003_20260520 Session 3|Session 3]], we learned from [[Bildrath Cantemir|Bildrath]] that [[Sister Olivenka]] likes to read philosophy and theology. Which is a bit of a bummer for Andi.
