# Quest: [[Tell Irina about Kasimir's Letter]] Decide **when—or whether—to tell [[Irina Kolyanovich|Irina]] about Kasimir's letter**, and determine what Kasimir means when he claims to know "the truth" about her. ## Log While searching [[Dalvan Olenski]]'s correspondence in [[011_20260807 Session 11|Session 11]], the Gang found a letter addressed to [[Kolyan Indirovich|Kolyan]] from an elf named **Kasimir**, who lives near the [[Vistani]] camp outside [[Vallaki]]. The letter was written in an unusual dialect of Elvish and claimed: > "I know the truth about Irina. I need to see her." The Gang immediately suspected the letter might have something to do with [[Irina Kolyanovich|Irina]]'s unknown origins. ### Status For now, the Gang has decided **not to tell Irina about the letter**. [[Erno Van Iche|Erno]] and [[Zar]] worried that [[Irina Kolyanovich|Irina]] might immediately try to seek Kasimir out, potentially jeopardizing their attempts to keep her hidden from [[Strahd von Zarovich|Strahd]]. They agreed to keep the letter with the gemstone until its contents became relevant enough to justify telling her.
